Johan Enér

I have founded Collaborate Scandinavia AB and I function as one of the CRM-trainers, administration, sales and I train new trainers.

Apart from running Collaborate Scandinavia AB I work as a pilot for a large air ambulance operator. Before I started to fly air ambulances I flew private jets and scheduled services. I am a qualified CRM-trainer and CRM-examiner according to the regulations in the aviation industry.

I have long experience from teaching from the aviation industry, the Swedish armed forces and form elementary school.
